Most companies are only concerned with one thing, the bottom line. Our founders, Paul Khoury and Bill Crooks have chosen to see things from an entirely different perspective. What if we did everything in our power to please our guests? What if our number one concern was making sure no one ever walked out our front door unhappy? Then after we concentrate on that what if we made the goals, the future, and the happiness of our employees our number two concern? Wouldn't focusing on those two things cause us to make money? If you had happy guests and happy employees, wouldn't your bottom line just naturally increase? Wow!! What a revolutionary idea.
That is why from day one our founders have gone to the farms to see where their products are coming from, they've gotten to know the people they purchase their food from, discussed with them what's going into that product & tried to arrange the highest quality food to come to your table. They purchase first from local growers where controls and standards are set high. When the food arrives at your table, know that it is of the finest quality that we could get our hands on.
We have tried to ensure that when you order beef tenderloin or a roasted chicken that it will be one of the best dishes you have ever tasted. We guarantee the food will exceed your expectations. If it isn't to your liking we will buy it back and bring you something that is. We pour our wine at the table so you can be assured you are getting what you are paying for.  You can taste them before choosing the perfect match for your dish. Each of our desserts is handmade by an "in-house" pastry chef as you order it and not before! Even our coffees are specific brews designed by local crafters to go perfectly with our concepts. A wise man once said, "integrity is doing what's right when no one is watching." When you step in our doors know that at least some people have their priorities straight, and that priority is you.
